BLACK TEA: 3-4 minutes 100degC per 2.5gm or 1 teaspoon/cup
GREEN TEAS: 1-3 minutes 75-80degC 4 pearls/cup re-infuse 3-4 times
TURKISH TEAS: None really required - just add 2-6 heaped teaspoons to a cup, pour over hot water, stir and enjoy

DRAGON PEARLS: Also known as China Pearls or BUDDHA'S TEARS- Two leaves and a bud are plucked from the best quality tea bushes and mixed with delicately smelling jasmine blossoms, then sieved and hand rolled on bamboo trays, into small silvery 'pearls' / balls while the leaves are not quite dry. Up to six layers of blossoms alternating with tea leaves are used to create the highest quality jasmine tea, using flowers picked at their aromatic peak. Watch the pearls blossom before your eyes! The leaf captures the fine jasmine aroma and releases it during brewing, giving a champagne coloured cup.
